STEMNoire, the signature program of IdentifySTEM, Inc, is a first-of-its-kind research and wellness community for women of the African diaspora in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Through our STEMNoire annual conference and supplemental year-round programming, we convene Black women throughout the diaspora to provide resources and a community to contribute to diverse talent retention and success in STEM.
